Hi, I'm Zib, a health and wellness influencer based in the United Kingdom. I'm passionate about health and wellbeing, having competed at the highest levels as a power lifter in my earlier life, I'm now the co-founder and owner of Ayus Wellness. In my spare time I undertake a lot of charitable work and have completed a degree in Human Bioscience, a diploma in Clinical Nutrition, I recently completed a Master’s in Molecular Medicine in order to develop a more comprehensive knowledge of human health, and I am now in the final stages of my PhD!
