I started on TikTok making couples content with my boyfriend and I have now moved on to growing my own social media platforms. I post wellness, lifestyle and fitness content from an anti-diet perspective. I am a highly-rated intuitive eating nutritionist and content creator with 8 years of experience in the health and wellness field. I have had my fair share of body image and food related issues in the past and I now strive to inspire young women to own the body that they're in, love themselves unconditionally, find genuine confidence, be in tune with their bodies, and break free from the toxic diet culture that we are exposed to on a daily basis.
