I’m a Dutch-Colombian Fitness trainer, actively working in two gyms where I mostly teach (IG) @cooltraininghub: creating boxing / functional / cycling trainings and motivating all clients or give personal trainings. I post about activities (mostly sports, like figure skating, voluntary captain role in a running community, Zumba and the gym) and lifestyle. my stories are mostly about sports (my own trainings, courses) and personal things with a touch of humor. My university degree in Science of Communication- and Information Systems helps me use language in a way I’m authentic to my whole audience.
