I create and edit all of the content for Karina’s Kitchen, which is an expression of myself, my cooking, and my love of food and of Jamaica. The process for each post that I curate includes creating the recipe, cooking the food, carefully selecting the background and props (mostly natural and often found in my backyard), and finally, shooting and editing the pictures and videos. My passion for food that both looks great and satisfies the tastebuds has allowed me to work in the commercial food industry where I have been engaged as a professional food stylist and recipe developer for big industry and smaller owner-operated businesses alike. I offer recipe development, food styling, photography and videography to clients.
