I'm a running, wellness, mental health and lifestyle focused content creator. I'm currently in graduate school in NYC and sharing my journey from apartment living and decor to running, run clubs, and gym sessions and reviews. I really enjoy movement and reading or getting into a good show. Most of my content is centered around wellness through therapy and mental health, movement and running, and my perspective on food, products, and life. I like to share in a storytelling capacity through authenticity! My audience is mainly females aged 25-35. They are into wellness and are located primarily in the United States. I'm sharing my journey.
