I am a fat person trying to de-stigmatise people living in bigger bodies. Until that happens, I also promote self-worth from within and try to share tips on how to live happily with the body you have now, not the body you want. I promote self-confidence and encourage people to look inward to find their happiness. I also showcase plus-size fashion, show that fat people can travel and have adventures, talk about skin care, makeup, and hair care. I live on a farm in rural Cumbria so I often add my animals to the mix, as well as my children and partner. I am also a passionate advocate for personal education about fatphobia in the medical field since fatphobia kills.
