Celiac Kitchen is a team dedicated to creating delicious, accessible, gluten-free food for home cooks. We believe in finding ways for those who eat gluten-free to enjoy all their favorites from nostalgic comfort food all the way to healthy meals. Our audience consists mainly of English speaking people ages 25-65 years old who need to eat gluten-free food due to chronic health conditions, or health conditions of a loved one. Chronic conditions that have led people to eat gluten-free consist of Celiac disease, type 1 diabetes, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction (Hashimoto's), other autoimmune conditions, and much more. The skill level of our audience ranges from very inexperienced home cooks learning basics to the experienced chef looking to expand gluten free knowledge.
