I started Yoga With Grace, LLC in 2019 with the mission sharing my love for yoga with people of all ages, genders, body sizes, & experience levels. I also have fibromyalgia & am an advocate for chronic illness awareness, & share tools about how to navigate the intersection of ED recovery & chronic illness.
