I bring to light the brokeness of our system and the changes that need to be made while focusing on how to give these kiddos the best life possible while in my care. I help guide foster parents and teach the importance of selfcare, of pamper and relaxation days, meditation for themself and for the children, etc. My audience are current foster parents and those interested in becoming foster parents. Age ranges from 18 to older adult.
