I'm a Los Angeles-based creator who shares outdoor adventure content. My audience are mostly American women, 30s to 40s, who want to try outdoor adventures like hiking, camping, backpacking, and other related activities. They look to me for advice about gear, clothing, destinations, and how-to visit guides. I'm also a doctor of physical therapy and an expert in the human body and how it moves. People trust my advice when it comes to stretching, strengthening, and staying safe with physical activity.
As for content, I create short form video in both vertical and horizontal format. I use an iPhone 13 Pro and a mirrorless Fuji DSLR. I know and use Lightroom and Photoshop to edit my photographs. I can also write articles, photo captions, reviews, guides, etc.
